The Herb Garden Signature Treatment
We are delighted to announce the launch of our brand new signature treatment at The Secret Garden Spa. Designed by Elemental Herbology specifically for us here at Congham Hall.
Congham Hall is renowned for its herb garden which incorporates almost 400 varieties of herbs, including rare medicinal varieties. In the heart of the garden sits the spa which includes four treatment rooms, a 12 metre swimming pool, an outdoor pool and outdoor hot tub with views of the garden and a thermal suite.
With the garden as inspiration and to celebrate the Year of the English Garden 2016 Elemental Herbology has created a new 75 minute signature treatment, with a face, back and scalp massage incorporating all five senses to harmonise the Five Elements while releasing tension, stimulating mindfulness and nourishing the skin.
Fresh mint is picked from the Herb Garden and mixed with fresh fruit to create a Minty Berry Anti-Ageing skin shot which is offered during the consultation. A customised fresh herb infusion, picked from the garden, is then used at the beginning of the treatment to set the mood, bay to relax or rosemary to uplift.

We tailor this treatment to harmonise the five elements and address the key underlying concerns of the skin and body.
incorporating deep cleansing, an intensive face and decollate massage & nourishment, this treatment replenishes the skin giving you immediate results while combining healing botanicals, vitamins and marine extracts to feed the skin and create a more vibrant and healthy complexion. A decadent intensive back massage will be designed to each client to ease away the stresses of the world outside while a relaxing scalp massage uses essential oil blend of rose & chamomile to calm, and centre the mind.
