The Samphire Kitchen is light and airy by day, offering spectacular views of the parkland. By night, it glows with candlelight and feels warm and snug with a buzzy atmosphere. Choose from an array of dishes, usually about 6 for each course with a couple changing daily. There is also a separate vegetarian menu.

Sunday roasts at Congham Hall
Uncomplicated, unfussy but delivered with as much love as you would get at home. The Sunday Lunch menu offers the usual roasts with all the trimmings and you don’t have to worry about the washing up.

The Samphire Kitchen has recently been redesigned to give a more modern feel. With a long leather banquette at its heart, around which are set intimate individual tables, making the most of the incredible views. The friendly waiting team will guide you through the daily changing menu and the wine list which appears on an ipad.

About our executive chef
Michelin-trained executive chef James O’Connor has worked at Congham for 8 years. He has worked in some of the top restaurants in London and the Uk and cooked for some famous people. You can read his interview with Muddy Stilettos. He is very proud of his team of nine chefs, many he has trained himself.
